When I travel, I like to walk into accommodation that feels like luxury to me. Luxury to me, isn’t shiny sharp fancy marble objects that have me on edge as my young kids run around. Luxury to me is the highest standard of wellbeing, beauty, and family friendly functionality. I want to know that the water is pure, alive and alkalised. I want access to seasonal, native organic produce and a juicer. I want the materials inside to be non-toxic, including the linen, mattresses and pillows. I want little to no EMF radiation. I want nature to explore and an environment where my nervous system and the nervous system of my family feels like she’s been checked into where heaven meets earth. Also, I want to create. I want to write. I want my kids to play while I read a book. This is luxury to me and this is what I offer in my Fra Aero Homestays.

Owned by a family of 4, with two young children, who live a high standard of natural luxury. Designed specifically with the discerning family, artist, and wellbeing lover in mind. Families can have it all on this property— the parents can relax, connect, or create… while their kids run around feeling like they’re in Heaven On Earth.
Ideal for discerning families who want a true nervous system reset, artists who want peace and inspiration to birth their projects (or books), small retreat groups who want to gather in a garden of eden or…. truly stylish weddings.
The farmhouse comes with a personal concierge service, Denise, who is available to cook, clean, organise an organic fruit and vegetable delivery, guide you to the best sources of organic meat, our favourite local organic wine maker, or show you the way to local favourites like the raw dairy farm and their delicious range of raw cheese, the goat farm and their goat produce, the patisserie or the local Gelateria serving gelato made with raw milk and honey sweetened (all within 10 minutes). Denise is also a qualified Nanny, available to babysit and… is bilingual speaking both Italian and English.
Set on 60 acres of untouched, unsprayed raw natural land in Northern Italy, this stunning farmhouse was recently renovated and designed by esteemed Building Biologist and award winning interior designer— Lucie McCullough (Owner of Baita 1697). Only non toxic materials were used to create the perfect blend of modern Mediterranean, classic Piedmontese and touches of Scandinavian simplicity. The home was stripped and repainted using non toxic paint and all furniture is made using all natural materials.
The main home consists of three large rooms and sleeps 8-12. In the large master bedroom there is a king size bed which can be split into two singles. In the second room, is a king size bed. The third room, is the very large kids room containing two single Montessori beds and two fold out double beds. Guests will sleep on all natural Dormiente Mattresses and beds in the two main rooms, and natural mattresses in the kids room. In the office/writing room, there is another fold out natural mattress, giving the option to sleep another 1-2 people.
The office or writing room contains two Scandinavian desks, on either side of a lush Australian Sheepskin rug. Thick Australian Sheepskin rugs line most rooms and a Biomat is available for use in the master bedroom.

Wifi is available in the writing room, and ethernet cables can be used in the play room, writing room and bedrooms if it is preferred that the Wifi is totally off.
There is no TV on the property.
A private forest walk begins from the back of the house, and takes you past the properties organic vineyard and hazelnut orchards. On property, chickens produce eggs and fruit trees and a vegetable garden bloom (in season).
A true garden of Eden.
A large trampoline and a hand built wooden playground occupies the kids in the fresh air, as well as a play room containing toys and books inside.
The large swimming pool is available for use in season.
The home is located 7 minutes from a thriving expat community, centred around natural food and wine and a forrest School-- the community was created by very special friends of the owners.
This property, and experience is truly special and is a jewel of Europe. The owners live in the property part of the year, and are excited for other like minded families, artists and creatives to be able to receive the magic of this land.
